 Nathan Graff began his education at the University of Arkansas studying business. However after a few years, his desire to help others, passion for sports and interest in medicine, led him to move back to Springfield to pursue his sports medicine and certified athletic training degree from the top tier MSU program, graduating in 2008. He then worked as an outreach athletic trainer for Marshfield and Nixa high schools for over 5 years. From there he sought to gain more clinical experience by pursuing an opportunity to assist a local sports medicine physician. It was through this mentorship that he was encouraged to become a provider himself.  He returned to school and graduated with his Master’s in Nursing from the Cox College family Nurse Practitioner program in 2021. He has over 15 years of sports medicine and orthopedic experience as he has continued to practice locally. Having worked closely with Dr. Gifford throughout the years, he is excited to continue his career by joining the team at 417 sports medicine. When not in the clinic, you’ll find him traveling, camping, hunting, and spending time with his wife and three boys. 

Matt Loyd is a Certified Athletic Trainer with a Masters degree in Athletic Training. He is FMS certified as well as Rock tape certified. After completing his undergraduate degree at Central Methodist University while being a collegiate athlete, he received his masters degree from Missouri State University in 2017 with an emphasis on human movement and the neurodevelopmental sequence. He has 6 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting in all phases of the rehab process. Matt enjoys training, fishing, hunting and farming in his free time. Matt heads up EVOLUTION SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING.
