417 Sports Medicine & Orthopedics is an all-inclusive orthopedics practice with an orthopedic walk-in clinic conveniently located in Springfield, Missouri.
Dr. Eric Gifford, MD, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician, with fellowship training in sports medicine and orthopedics.
Dr. Eric Gifford, MD started 417 Sports Medicine & Orthopedics to help patients recover from musculoskeletal damage, including arthritis, sports injuries, and acute injuries, without surgery. Serving patients throughout Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Republic, Willard, Strafford, Branson and all of Southwest Missouri. The practice provides comprehensive care under one roof.
In addition to a wide selection of diagnostic testing, such as ultrasounds and X-rays, Dr. Gifford performs a number of innovative treatments, including orthopedic urgent care, onsite. He can see patients in need of surgery and refer them to the appropriate center.
From treatments like 3D-printed custom casting to hyaluronic acid injections, 417 Sports Medicine & Orthopedics has all of the treatments patients need to recover and enjoy lasting relief from pain.
